PRIVACY:
Your information is kept secure and never shared with 3rd parties. Payments are processed through secure processing. Shopping page is encrypted with Secure SSL Certificate

Under rare occasion when technical support is needed we allow sharing of access rights to third parties.

REFUND:

TANGIBLE PRODUCT: (Unless otherwise stated) Full refund granted within 30 days of receipt of product. Customer pays return shipping. Clothing must be unworn and unused. TkoSkin products must be in original container. If item is damaged by UPS/DHL Contact us immediately to file the claim. 

SUBSCRIPTIONS: You may cancel your subscription at any time at www.tonyatko/com/portal. If refund is requested, refunds will be issued at a prorated rate of unused remaining time in the increments of 30 days. please contact www.tonyatko.com/contact to request refund.

SHIPPING: 

• INSURANCE: All tangible product purchases over $100 will automatically have insurance added onto the price in the amount of  1% of the purchase value. If you do not wish to have your package insured please contact us and we will cancel the insurance and refund the 1%. You will however not be reimbursed by the shipping company if anything should happen to your items during transit.
• INTERNATIONAL: Customs/ Duties/ Import tax/VAT may be charged by your country. This fee does not come to us. We have no control over this fee. This fee is imposed by your country and is paid to your government. Please work with your country and the customs agent to pay your fees. These fees are your responsibility. Because these fees are calculated by your country, there is no way to include this cost in the purchase price. The fees are something which are assessed by your country, once the package arrives in your country. 

BOOKS: There is no refund on autographed books

DIGITAL PRODUCT: No Refund shall be granted on digital products

MAKE-UP: No Refund on Makeup

If you purchase a pre-order sale, your items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of the product becoming available.

(Please allow 2 weeks processing for autographed books as each book is autographed with a personalized message to each person). 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Shall be available for download immediately

RETREAT

1. 50% REFUND: Cancel in writing with these two conditions met — Within 30 days of deposit and 90 days away from retreat–  Please ensure your cancellation email is received with a confirmation email from me of its receipt.
2. 25% REFUND: Cancel in writing more than 30 days from initial deposit OR between 45 and 90 days from date of retreat.
3. 0% REFUND: If canceled less than 40 days from retreat.
4. Balance forward. If you have PAID IN FULL and have an emergency within 14 days of retreat, with sufficient documentation 50% of your balance can be forwarded to a future retreat. Balance forward must be used with 12 months or it will be forfeited.

The refund policy is strict on retreats because there are costs associated with your attendance which are paid in advance.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

1. By subscribing you consent to receive text messages from us
2. Subscriptions begin the date of your purchase and will be billed on the same day of the month as purchase
3. Subscriptions continue until you cancel it
4. Cancelling is easy – simply go to your supporter portal (https://tonyatko.com/portal)
5. Once you start subscription you will receive an email to enter your mobile number
6. Entering your mobile number will allow you to receive a text message when a new video is published
7. Standard text messaging rates may apply
8. US & Canada texts are covered under the $1.99 US & Canada Plan
9. If you are International your country is covered under the $4.99 plan

11. Due to incurred costs, there is a small 4% processing fee added to all subscriptions, (except for the $1.99 plan which bas a 20% service fee). There is a one-time $0.32 set-up fee on all subscriptions  (except for the $1.99 plan which has this fee built in each month)
